- 2 team practices per week (Tue & Thu, 6–9 p.m. windows)

- Strength & conditioning workouts
- Personal workout plan for the span of 3 months
- 2 skills training classes per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
- 2 tournaments per month (Holiday months may very)
