$450 Seasonal fee includes player's PTBA Membership , Parent's membership is required and sold seprately. Deadline 11/13

Early Bird discount $420 before 10/30/2026

Late registration $500 after 11/13

All visitors requires a valid membership to enter the facility.

Youth League Registration & Refund Policy

At PTBA, we are committed to providing a structured, organized, and enjoyable basketball experience for all participants. Registration fees help cover coaching, facility usage, league operations, scheduling, and other program expenses.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, the following refund policy applies to all Youth League registrations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before the Season Begins

Cancellations requested at least 7 calendar days before the season begins are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations requested less than 7 calendar days before the season begins are eligible for a 75% refund.
During the First Week of the Season

Cancellation requests submitted within the first 7 calendar days, beginning on the official season start date, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
After the First Week

All registration fees become non-refundable after the first 7 calendar days of the season.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, missed practices, missed games, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
Medical Exceptions

Requests involving a medical condition or injury that prevents continued participation may be reviewed individually. Supporting medical documentation may be required. Any approved refund or credit will be determined by PTBA management in accordance with applicable law.

Program Cancellations

If PTBA cancels an entire season before it begins, families will receive a full refund. If PTBA cancels the remaining portion of an ongoing season, an appropriate prorated refund will be provided for services not delivered.

Refund Requests

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to PTBA. The date PTBA receives the written request will determine refund eligibility.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

Registration Acknowledgment

By completing registration and submitting payment, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the PTBA Youth League Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.
